It is an electrically conductive paste to form external electrodes mainly of small electronic components such as chip resistors, MLCCs, and chip inductors. It is functioned partially as stress releasing material. We have products with various applying methods such as dip coating, rotor transfer, screen printing, etc. Our unique formulation technology enables us to obtain a higher conductivity with less silver content and higher stress releasing properties with a thinner layer.
