Thermal Conductivity

Thermal conductivity is a physical property that indicates the ease of heat flow within a material [unit: W/(m-K)].

When a temperature difference occurs within an object, heat flows from high temperature to low temperature. Therefore, materials with high thermal conductivity are used in various ways as heat-dissipating materials to dissipate heat from heating elements such as electronic components to refrigerants. We have a lineup of heat-dissipating materials made of epoxy and urethane resin products.
