Insulators made of epoxy are molded by vacuum casting using a mold or similar tooling.
Therefore, the heated viscosity must be less than 2,000 mPa･s when handled.
Epoxy resin moldings are used because of their high insulating properties.
In addition, it must be flame retardant (UL94 V-0) and have high mechanical strength.
