Liquid type insulating encapsulating/potting materials are widely used for not only electronic components such as power module, relay sensors, resistors, thermal fuse and LED elements but also protection of circuits. They play a key role in protecting devices and circuits from vibration and entry of water and dust as well as electrical insulation in order to assure the reliability under extreme working environments. We have product lineups of epoxy, polyurethane and silicone base which have various kinds of hardness and temperature resistance, and are trying to develop new products responding to the customers’ requirements.

Insulation Material Business Insulating paint is coated for electronic components such as resistors, capacitors and thermistors and for motor parts. It is required for insulating coating to provide high composite properties including moisture resistance, heat resistance, heat cycle resistance and flame resistance in order to protect the inner portion of devices from the outer environment. Besides, recently compliance with environmental regulations regarding high heat resistance and halogen free have been required, and optimum selection of materials (binder resin, filler, functional additive) and formulation technology have been growing in importance. We have a wide range of products of solvent less epoxy base powder coating and flame resistant silicone base paint to satisfy the customers’ needs.

We handle conductive paste, antistatic coating and other kinds of functional coatings.

Conductive paste consists of fine particle metal pastes and various kinds of resin binders. The conductive paste is used for circuitry, electrode, conductive bonding and EMI shield in the cutting edge industries such as touch panel, solar battery and electronic components and playing an indispensable role. For example, touch panel circuit is processed by screen printing, and finer pattern printing and better adhesion to various kinds of substrates are required according to technology innovation. We have already started development of such products responding to these needs and have introduced them into the market.

High antistatic property is required for functional film used for flat panel display and antistatic bag, and we have a lineup of various kinds of antistatic coatings for each application. And now, we are working on development of the products having heat wave shielding and heat releasing function due to increased demands for smaller and lighter electronic components as well as the products having hard coating, antifouling and anti-fingerprint functions.
