[Basic Principles]

We at Pelnox, Ltd. recognize the importance of protecting the environment and have positioned "Protection of the Environment" as priority in our business activities. Furthermore, we aim to protect biodiversity and we are putting this goal of environmentalprotection at the heart of all of our business activities. Through this, we will take proactive steps to realize a healthy and prosperous society for all.

[Environmental Policy]

1) Our resin products are used in a wide variety of industries and applications, including the electronics and automobile industries; and as materials for use in civil engineering and construction; and in molding applications. We will adequately consider the impact that the development of these products, our manufacturing processes, our products themselves, and our services have upon the environment and our company, and we will continue to reduce the environmental load.
2) We will work toward environmental conservation, and conduct business activities that work in harmony with the environment while remaining cognizant of our environmental impact. In addition, we will contribute to society by conserving energy during the entire product life cycle, by conserving resources, and by reducing industrial waste through the suggestion, design, development, production and provision of environmentally-friendly products.
3) We will establish and put into action an environmental management system which complies with ISO-14001 standards, contribute to environmental preservation, and promote continual improvements geared towards the reduction of our environmental impact to prevent environmental pollution. We will also put in place environmental goals, and periodically review them as required.
4) We will strictly observe environment-related laws and regulations, agreements, and other requirements agreed to by the company.
5) In addition to documenting our environmental policies, we will implement, maintain, and manage our environmental management activities, and ensure that all those who work within or for the organization are aware of, and educated in, these policies.
6) We will disclose our environmental policy and make it available to the general public.
