In recent years, natural disasters and unexpected emergencies such as earthquakes and typhoons have become more frequent. This has increasingly threatened the continuity of companies' business activities.

As part of our responsibility to our customers, employees, and society as a whole, we have formulated a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and have been certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) for strengthening our business continuity capabilities.

Our BCP is a comprehensive response plan for emergency situations. We are building a system to ensure emergency response procedures and resources are in place in the event of a disaster, and to promptly provide information to our customers. This will enable us to minimize service interruptions and mitigate the impact on our customers' business activities during emergencies.

We will continue to strengthen and improve our BCP to provide safe and reliable services.
